How long does installation take in a business center parking garage?
On floor parking, the main drivers are the cable route, fire and parking operating permits, and panel location. Device mounting can be short; building management approval and electrical work extend the schedule. Duration is stated in the quote after the site survey.
Can it be integrated into an existing plaza parking garage?
Yes. Most business center projects are added later to existing floors. Wall-mounted Vita Eterna takes less space than a floor-standing device. Columns, sprinklers and vehicle circulation are checked during the survey.
Will the electrical infrastructure be enough in an office building?
In plazas and hotels, lighting, HVAC and elevator loads may already fill the panel. That is why existing consumption and reserve capacity are reviewed first. If it is not enough, AC load balancing, lower DC power or staged installation is recommended.
How are maintenance and technical support provided?
Devices can be monitored over OCPP. Faults, remote control and on-site service follow the contract scope. Coordination with the building facilities team follows closed-parking access rules.
How do employees or guests use the station?
Charging can start with corporate RFID, a mobile app or a session issued at reception. Guest use can stay free; employee fleets can connect to a separate tariff or internal cost center. The model is set by the operator’s preference.
